Downloading Maximus

You can download a freeware version of the Maximus bulletin board software by selecting the links below. The archive containing common files, max301c.zip, is required for all platforms. In addition, one or two additional files are required for operating-system specific support, as shown below:

OS/2 max301c.zip (689k) - common files, install program & documentation
max301p.zip (838k) - OS/2 executables
Win95/WinNT max301c.zip (689k) - common files, install program & documentation
max301n.zip (513k) - Win95/NT executables
max301r.zip (958k) - DOS executables (also required for 95/NT install)

After downloading the archives, please decompress all of the *.ZIP files into a single directory and run INSTALL.EXE to install Maximus.

The following language files can be added to the system to make Maximus communicate in languages other than English:
